The Hanover now offers e-docs — a secure way to automatically transmit a policy image from The Hanover to your agency management system. Supported by most agency management systems, e-docs enables you to receive policy documents for new business, endorsements and renewals.

To sign up, call The Hanover agency support team (AST) at 800-922-8427 and provide your agency codes.

The Agency Place (TAP)

TAP is a rich resource for agents that goes beyond point-of-sale quoting and issuance capabilities.

On TAP, you can find agency activity and policy documents. You also have access to policy activity and can search based on line of business, transaction type and process date. If you prefer to retrieve information yourself versus having it sent to you, you can quickly find and review policy details through a simple search.
