We offer several convenient payment methods to meet your customers’ needs:

One time payment

Customers may make a payment online using a Visa/MasterCard, Discover Card, debit card, or checking account, anytime day or night — seven days a week.

Payments made by 6 p.m. (EST) are applied the same day. Payments made after 6 p.m. (EST) will be posted the following business day.

Automatic monthly payments

Electronic funds transfer (EFT) makes automatic monthly withdrawals from your customer’s checking or savings account. Using this payment method, customers can “set it and forget it” because this method is good for the life of the policy. With EFT:

  • Your customer is in control of when the payment is withdrawn — choose any day between the 1st and the 28th of the month.
  • Update banking information and select a convenient withdrawal date online.

View and pay bills online

Online bill payment saves time and allows customers to manage bills on a month-to-month basis. With online bill payment, customers can:

  • Designate when their payment is made.
  • Enroll in convenient auto-pay.
  • Opt for email notification when their bill is available for viewing.
  • Quickly view up to 24 months of bills.

Payment by phone

Using our interactive voice response phone system, customers can make a payment 24 hours a day, seven days per week with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, debit card, or checking account. Payments made by 6 p.m. (EST) are applied the same day. Payments made after 6 p.m. (EST) will be posted the following business day.

Payment by mail

We offer a variety of payment plans and can send customers paper bills through the U.S. mail according to the payment plan selected.

Full payment plan

Customers may pay by check for the full amount due. No service fees apply.

Installment payment plan

After an initial down payment, customers will be billed in installments based on the selected plan. A service fee will apply for each installment. Customer mails the invoice with a check or money order for the minimum amount due. Full and installment plan payments should be sent to:

Hanover EZPay uses real-time payroll data to determine what customers actually owe each month.
