What does this program offer you?

How does the program work?

Participants take on a series of job responsibilities, tackling special projects in various areas of the organization like underwriting, call center management, financial operations and/or production-oriented operations. Assignments are all designed to solve current business challenges. Specific training and project work is geared towards developing skills in critical thinking, process management, project management and financial and business analytics. Classroom work and on-the-job training are provided.

Are there other requirements?

  • Undergraduate degrees in accounting, business, economics, finance, management, mathematics, marketing, statistics or related degrees preferred.
  • An interest in insurance, financial and analytical practice
  • A demonstrated record of excellence in college or personal life
  • High analytical aptitude, an active problem solver and agile learner
  • Relevant work experience (coursework projects or internship)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Takes initiative and ownership of training and learning goals
