Future Leaders Internship Program (FLiP)
Get a Headstart on Your Career
Over the course of 10-12 weeks, The Hanover’s Future Leaders Internship Program (FLiP) will provide you with the opportunity to work on a variety of critical business assignments, test your skills, use your academic knowledge and match your interests to a real job.
You will work collaboratively with others as you learn about strategic thinking, project management and financial acumen. Creativity and innovation will ensure your success at the Hanover.
FLiP participants gain experience and apply their knowledge in areas such as:
- Finance
- Technology
- Human Resources
- Claims
- Marketing
- Actuarial
- Service and Operations
- Underwriting
We have very high expectations for our participants and are searching for candidates who will be committed to the program and to our company. You should have a sense of ownership in your career development and a commitment to excellence. A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better is required.
The most dedicated and highly skilled FLiP participants will be recruited for future job placements in our full-time Future Leaders Program.
