Future Leaders Program (FLP)

The Future Leaders Program (FLP) was developed to attract, develop and reward the best and brightest college students. The FLP provides recent graduates, like you, with the comprehensive leadership development training necessary to enhance your technical, financial, analytical and project management skills.
We have very high expectations of our participants and are searching for candidates who will be committed to the program and to our company. You should have a sense of ownership in your career development and a demonstrated commitment to excellence. A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better is required.
FLP participants gain experience and apply their knowledge in areas such as:
- Finance
- Technology
- Human Resources
- Claims
- Marketing
- Actuarial
- Service and Operations
- Underwriting
FLP participants are provided with opportunities for increased leadership responsibility, as you build a network of professional contacts and prepare for a bright future—The Hanover’s and your own!
