Some home additions that every homeowner should consider.

These special home endorsements will add new dimensions to your home policy.

Equipment Breakdown – This affordable insurance endorsement covers physical loss or damage to major equipment in the home caused by sudden mechanical, electrical and pressure systems breakdown. Features a low deductible and coverage options of $25,000 and $50,000. Protects such equipment as air conditioning systems, heating systems, kitchen appliances and more! Does not include normal wear and tear.

Assisted Living Care Coverage – Provides an extra level of protection for your loved ones that reside in an Assisted Living Care facility or nursing home.

• Additional Living Expenses – if a loved one is temporarily displaced because of a loss ($500 per month, 12-month – $6,000 maximum)
• Personal Liability Coverage – for unforeseen bodily injury or property damage resulting from insured's activity (choice of limits $100,000 or $300,000)
• Personal Property Coverage – special limits of liability for loss of personal belongings like hearing aids, false teeth, eyewear and walking aids

Water Back–up and Sump Overflow (Stand alone coverage) – Smart insurance coverage for individuals with a finished basement who want to protect personal property, boilers, washers, dryers and other appliances from water damage. Protection available up to $25,000 above your Connections Home Insurance package coverage.
