Mortgage Extra Expense

If you have a total loss to your home, you'll be reimbursed for certain expenses to replace your property. If you need a new mortgage and it has higher interest rate (at the same principal amount and term), the additional interest is covered up to $250 per month for one year. Up to $1,000 is also provided for title, appraisal and application fees. No deductible.

Child Passenger Restraint System Replacement Coverage
