  • Our 2016 Employee Survey, conducted by Willis Towers Watson, revealed that 85 percent of employees are engaged, meaning they are committed to the Hanover, understand how their work ties into our vision and strategy, and are willing to go the extra mile; this engagement rate is 3 percent higher than U.S. high performing companies and 5 percent higher than financial services organizations
  • Our 2016 Employee Survey had an 87 percent employee participation rate
  • Employees throughout the organization participated in organized focus groups following the 2016 survey to further explore and develop concepts brought to light by the results. 
  • In early 2018, in the interest of advancing our culture of continuous feedback, we hosted both in-person and virtual focus groups to better understand our employees views on Inclusion and Diversity at The Hanover. We are deeply committed to ensuring our employees are active participants in enhancing our culture.
