Executive Vice President, Chief Claims Officer

Mark joined The Hanover in 2005. In his current role, he is responsible for managing all areas and aspects of claims, including core, specialty and environmental lines. 

Prior to joining The Hanover, Mark was a practicing attorney with the Hunton & Williams law firm in Virginia. He also worked at Travelers Insurance, managing complex litigation, and at The Hartford in various senior roles, including senior vice president of commercial claims. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Ambrose University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame.
