This program introduces the fundamentals of contractual risk transfer (CRT)—the process of shifting risk between parties through written agreements. You’ll learn how CRT affects a client’s liability, coverage needs and financial stability. The program also builds your skills in identifying CRT exposures, understanding how they influence underwriting decisions, and advising clients on strategies that strengthen their insurance programs.
