Cynthia L. Egan

Cynthia L. Egan was president, retirement plan services for T. Rowe Price Group, a global investment management organization from 2007 until her retirement in 2012. From 1989 to 2007, Ms. Egan held progressively senior positions with Fidelity Investments, a multinational financial services corporation, serving as executive vice president, head of Fidelity Institutional Services Company, president of the Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund, and executive vice president of Fidelity Management Research Co. From 2014 to 2015, she was appointed as an advisor to the U.S. Department of Treasury specializing in retirement security. Ms. Egan began her professional career at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve and prior to joining Fidelity, worked at KPMG Peat Marwick and Bankers Trust Company. Ms. Egan is also a director of UNUM Corporation, a publicly traded insurance company providing group long-term disability insurance, employee benefits, individual disability insurance and special risk reinsurance; vice chair and lead independent director of Huntsman Corporation, a publicly traded global manufacturer and marketer of differentiated and specialty chemicals; and a director of the BlackRock Fixed Income Funds Complex. Ms. Egan also serves as chair of the Board of Visitors of the University of Maryland School of Medicine.

Ms. Egan is Chair of the Board and a member of the Compensation and Human Capital Committee. Ms. Egan’s term expires in 2024.
