I had wind damage to my fence and roof. Property Adjuster, Andrew O. (WI). was nothing but professional, prompt and wonderful to deal with. I made the change to Hanover a few years ago to save money. Well, cheaper doesn't mean you have to sacrifice on customer service. We are sold on Hanover and will be customers for life. Exceptional company and staff.

Hanover Insurance Group is the best insurance company I have ever had. I have been a customer for a few years now and can say that all my correspondence has been very positive and prompt. I have had an auto claim and the process went very smooth.

I cannot find one detail of my claims-handling process that could have been improved upon. They exceeded every expectation that I had. Hanover rocks. By far the best price I could find by almost half. Still getting the same coverage I had from my old company. Also, their customer service is wonderful. Never have to wait on hold and they are super helpful.

I have had auto and home insurance with Hanover for many years. They have always been excellent to deal with. They do an analysis annually to make sure my coverage is up to date and the lowest cost it can be. More than once they have called to tell me I can lower my premium by making certain changes.

Easy to work with. I was recently rear ended. My car had to be fixed and the process was smooth and easy. In just over a week, I had my car back without much inconvenience to me besides having to go get a rental.

An improvement though would making the billing a little more detailed as to what the charges mean and are for. Wish emails were sent out to remind when a payment is due.

I changed to The Hanover Insurance after being with my prior provider for over 35 years. Just one month after changing to The Hanover, my home incurred hail damage. I was very concerned as I had just changed to The Hanover. However, my experience with the claims adjuster was excellent. The adjuster inspected the home, provided me with a check (less depreciation) right on the spot and noted that I would be reimbursed for the balance once the work was complete. Upon completion of the work, I submitted my final invoice to the adjuster and the balance of the approved funding was released within one week. I really appreciate the professionalism of this company.

Truly there when you need them. We had a wind storm come through our neighborhood and it blew several shingles off our roof. I contacted Hanover immediately and was pleasantly surprised to find that we were covered. They sent an adjuster within a few days and authorized a whole new roof within a week!
