Pharmacy network | Optum has been chosen to manage workers’ comp pharmacy benefits for employers and their employees who have been injured. To fill a prescription for a work-related injury, go to an Optum Tmesys network pharmacy using a temporary pharmacy card. In most cases, the pharmacy will fill the prescription at no cost to you. Certain medication may require preauthorization prior to dispensing. If your workers’ compensation claim is accepted, you will receive a permanent pharmacy card in the mail.
